We strive to provide each member with a relaxing, peaceful, therapeutic visit. Below we provide you with the do's and dont's to make sure everyone enjoys their relaxing escape.
Your Body’s Amazing Ability
Piedmont Pain Relief Store & Wellness Club does not offer medical advice, diagnose or claim to attempt to heal or cure any health issues. We are simply offering our members the ability to use various alternative technologies and modalities that have been shown through clinical trials to be beneficial in aiding the human body to relax, regenerate and restore itself through frequencies, sound, light, and vibrational application. Your body does the rest.
Peace and Tranquility
Our members are here to Relax and escape the stress, noise and chatter of the 9 to 5 workplace or hustle and bustle of everyday life. Please remember this and speak softly in our lobby area and to another guest. We strive to offer everyone a peaceful atmosphere so please treat other members with kindness and respect.
Cellphone use is permitted in the front community area. If you need to talk on your phone please speak quietly and respect others relaxation time. Please keep in mind that everyone around can probably hear your conversation.
Quiet Rooms
These are the Sedona Room, Wave Room and Vibe Rooms. These rooms are cellphone free areas. Cellphone usage is not permitted in these rooms so please turn your ringers off and refrain from using your cellphone during your session.
If you want to listen to music on your phone, please bring headphones or earbuds and keep the volume at a respectful level. Please be kind and considerate of others.
Membership Agreement and How to Cancel
After your initial 12-month agreement is complete, your membership at Piedmont Wellness Club will continue on a month to month basis. There is no need to sign another agreement. Your price is locked in at the original rate and you can continue to visit without interruption to your membership.
If you would like to cancel your membership after your 12-month agreement is complete, all you need to do is bring a written cancellation letter into Piedmont Wellness Club. Your membership may be cancelled at any time under the following guidelines. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and with 30 days’ notice. Please note that you may have one more payment during those 30 days. If that happens your membership benefits will continue for 30 days after that payment. That way you can take full advantage of your last payment. Cancellations made within the first year are subject to a cancellation fee of $300 or the remaining agreement balance, whichever is less.
Friends and Family Pass
If you have an Annual Membership you can bring a friend or family member for a discounted rate of $25.00 They must be accompanied by you and leave when you leave. We prefer that you call ahead to let us know and your guest will be required to fill out a health questionnaire and sign a liability waiver before using our facilities
Unauthorized Use of Membership
Piedmont Pain Relief Store and Wellness Club is a private club for members only. You will be issued a membership card and in the event that you give your card to someone else to access our facilities fraudulently then you will be charged a $100.00 unauthorized access fee and will not be allowed to use the facility until the fee is paid.
Referral Program
Our members are an important part of our growth. If you are helping us to grow, we want to thank you by paying it forward. We strive to help every member achieve better health and a higher quality of life. That can be through health and wealth also. In today’s economy about everyone could use help economically.
For each person you refer that signs up for a 1-month membership, you will get one free day pass to use or gift to a friend at any time during the next 30 days.
For each person you refer that signs up for an Annual membership, you will receive a $50 gift card or a 2 week extension on your membership.
Non-Use Of Membership
If you do not come to Piedmont Wellness Club for a period of time you are still obligated to make all of your payments. There are absolutely no retroactive refunds of dues due to non-use of the facilities.
